Preface

Dear readers, Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh

In today's fast-paced era, where everyone is busy pursuing worldly education and material success, especially financial gains, we often become heedless of a fundamental reality. This reality is that alongside this temporary worldly life, we must also concern ourselves with our eternal afterlife. This book is a humble attempt to shed light on this important aspect.

The Ummah's consensus is that Islam is a complete way of life that guides us in every sphere of life. It is our responsibility to understand it and act upon it. And the key to this understanding lies hidden in the Holy Quran. Today, when we are spending all our energies in acquiring worldly knowledge, the purpose of this book is to clarify the true reality of the world in Allah's sight.

But this by no means implies that we should withdraw from the world. No, rather we must prepare for the afterlife while living in this world, and for this, we need to take time to understand the Quran and convey its message to others.

When I reflected upon the opening verses of Surah Al-Asr, my hair stood on end. This chapter makes us aware of a reality that should be the center of our lives:

These verses clearly state that if we do not convey good words, truthful words, Quranic teachings, and Hadith to others, and do not strive for people's reformation, then we are in loss. It is our responsibility not only to understand this knowledge ourselves but also to convey it to others.

Allah Almighty has made the Quran easy for us so that we may derive guidance from it:

Through this book, my sincere effort is that we all may establish a beautiful balance between this world and the hereafter. Come, let us join hands in this journey and strive for Allah's pleasure. Ameen.

Wassalam.
